Create a Risk Model

Open the Risk designer from the navigation pane.

To create a new risk model, click New Model in the ribbon menu Main.

In the property pane, you can give the model a name. The risk designer is a bit special as you can add Damage and Frequency to a risk element. To do that, you simply have to modify the Risk section of a selected risk element in the Property Pane.

Drag & drop a risk element from the element repository onto the canvas in order to add a new risk. You can rename the risk element by double-clicking it. For the risk model you can also add groups, e.g., for different issues, etc. 

Click Save from the ribbon menu Main.

In the save-dialog select a scope (or create a new one) and click Save.
