The Credential Manager is a new system introduced that allows the central storage of credentials for simpler maintenance and re-usability.
Each Credential consists of the following basic properties (see the screenshot below):

Name: A unique name to identify the Credential

Description: Further information that e.g. describes the purpose or usage of the Credential

Open For: Can be either set to public or private

Public: The Credential is available for all users of FireStart

Private: The Credential is only available to the creator.

Type: The type of the Credential, divided in

Certificate

The Set data section defines the information that is required to store a Credential of a given type. If all necessary data is supplied, the Credential can be stored by clicking the Save button.
