Send Mail
The SendMailActivity allows the automated sending of emails. You can choose whether the mail is sent via Exchange or SMTP. You can also request read and delivery receipts in the settings. It is also possible to define proxy servers. The body can be inserted either as normal text or as HTML.
Send Meeting Request
This activity allows the automated sending of meeting requests. You can choose whether the meeting request is sent via Exchange or SMTP. It is also possible to define the proxy server. The body can be inserted either as normal text or as HTML.
Send SMS
With this activity, it is possible to automatically send text messages to mobile phones. You must specify the recipients' telephone number in the format 0043xxxxxxx. Via appropriately defined business entities, you can dynamically load telephone numbers.
