property-panel-2017-06-20-15 Quick Search
On top of the property, the panel is again a quick search field, which helps you to find elements of the displayed model. By typing a letter, suggestions will immediately show, and when choosing one of these suggestions, the appropriate element will be highlighted.
property-panel-2017-06-20-5 Add/Remove model to/from Favorites
This allows you to add or remove specific models to or from your favorites. The models in your favorites can be identified with the typical favorite symbol. Most people add things to the favorites so that they can be found easily, therefore the models of your favorites are shown at the beginning of the model repository.

Languages
This is quite the same as in FireStart, where you can choose in which language the model should be displayed. It depends on the translations which were made in FireStart, whether the model can be displayed in the chosen language or not.

property-panel-2017-12-11-4 Name
As the name already suggests, this section displays the name of the model, which is the same as in FireStart in the property panel.
property-panel-2017-06-20-9 Description
If there is a description of the process deposited in FireStart, then there is also a section with the same name available in the Process Portal.
property-panel-2017-12-11-5 Printout
In FireStart you can deposit a printable version of a model, and exactly this printout is available over the Process Portal provided that the model has been published in the appropriate version. These printouts are only saved for a version of a model because the model could differ from the older version and therefore also from the saved printout. For that reason, a printout is only saved for a model version.
property-panel-2017-12-11-6 Documentation
The same goes for the documentation, which means the documentation is also available on the Process Portal if the model has been published. The documentation is saved like the printout, namely per model version.
property-panel-2017-12-11-7 Print Preview
This is only to help with printing models over the browser. With this functionality, the model is formatted so that it can be printed. Normally when the model is finished you have the printout anyway so you probably don't need to print the model over the browser. The print preview depends on the browser you are using. With the Internet Explorer, a header and footer are also shown, which is not the case with Chrome. It could happen, that the used browser blocks the plug-in so you can't open it in a new tab.
property-panel-2017-12-11-9 History
This section gives you information about the model versions. When clicking History a new window opens where the versions are shown graphically. It is also displayed which version was saved by whom.
property-panel-2017-12-11-18 Usages
With Usages, you can view all models which use your model. This is mostly used for role models, document models, etc. because it is more likely that they are used in a process than a process is used by a model.
property-panel-2017-12-11-8 Send Link
Clicking on Send Link results in opening a new email ready to send, with the link as email body. You just have to add a few things, for example, the sender and receiver email address and the email can be sent.
property-panel-2017-12-11-10 Charts
The chart shows the sum of started workflows per month for the currently opened process model across all model versions.

References
All models used by the currently opened model will be shown graphically when clicking on References. The references are also shown in the properties section. Under the properties section, the references which can be opened are highlighted orange and can be opened directly by clicking.
property-panel-2017-12-11-21 Owner
The owner section in the properties gives information about the process owner (full name and email address).
property-panel-2017-12-11-24 Analysis
This section shows the automation level of the workflow, which means how many percent are executed without user action. For example, the process contains 3 tasks and one "Send Mail Activity". The tasks are sent to a user and therefore need user interaction in order to be completed, whereas the send mail activity, is done by the system (of course it needs to be configured beforehand). This brings us to an automation level of 25%.

Note that only references that have been published can be opened in the Process Portal. For example, if a process model uses a role model, the role model can only be displayed when it is also published.

If you open attached documents, it depends on your browser how they are displayed. It can be displayed with a link, or in a new tab, or it is being downloaded.
