FireStart lets you export your process model to a Word document. This can be useful if you want to print your process model. The export process is quite simple. Just open the process you want to export, open the Publish tab, go the Import/Export section, and click the Word icon.
In the open dialog, the Word Document can be customized. It can be selected which parts of the process should be exported and displayed. In order to save the document, a path is required. The path of the folder to save the file can be entered on top of the dialog.
After finishing the configuration click OK and the folder you chose to save the file in, will open.
If no path is entered, the Word Document opens when clicking OK, which means it is not saved anywhere by then, but it still can be saved directly in the Save As dialog in Word.
As it is a Word Document, the content can be modified at any time.
