Roles

Roles allow you to define who will receive a task. With roles, vacations and sicknesses are not an issue, as another member can claim the task, as long as the absent user did not claim it.

In a role, you can add specific users. For example, you name the role 'HR' and add all responsible users who can claim this task and work on it.
