Can older versions of models be displayed?

Yes, because of version control old versions still exist on the server. If you save a new version, the old version remains on the server as well. 

When you open a model from the model repository, you will always be presented with the current version. You can navigate back to older versions of a model with Version Overview in the Main tab under the section Model Management.
