Can't open FireStart Process Portal in MS Edge

Problem

I can't open the Process Portal in Microsoft Edge and refreshing the Process Portal doesn't work either. 

Solution

To prevent this problem, you need to add the FQDN to the local intranet zone.

Go to Internet Options and open the Security tab. Click Sites > Advanced and enter the site as shown in the screenshot below.
