      Can't reach Process Portal in Chrome/Firefox

      Problem

      You're unable to reach the Process Portal by using a web service certificate in Chrome or Firefox. The cause of this problem could be the SAN-Property (since Chrome 58 and Firefox 48).

      Solution

      You need to use the SAN-Property instead of the Common Name, because it is no longer supported.
